These terms apply when you use The GenZ Store, either as a brand running a store or as a customer ordering from one. By using the service you agree to them.
What we do
We provide software that turns a brand's Instagram content into a link-in-bio store, collects orders, shows UPI payment details and opens a WhatsApp message to the brand. We are not a marketplace, a payment provider or a seller.
Orders and payments
- Each order is a contract between the customer and the brand. The brand is responsible for products, prices, delivery, returns and refunds.
- Payments are made directly to the brand by UPI. We do not receive, hold or refund money, and we cannot verify that a payment was made.
- Customers should check the amount and the brand's UPI ID before paying and keep proof of payment.
Brand accounts
- You must own or be authorised to use the Instagram account and content you import, and the products you list must be legal to sell in India.
- You are responsible for accurate prices, descriptions and your delivery promises, and for handling customer data under our Privacy policy and applicable law.
- Do not list prohibited, counterfeit or unsafe goods, or use the service for fraud or spam. We may suspend stores that break these terms.
- AI-suggested product details can be wrong. Review everything before you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the service, access other brands' data, or place fake orders.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is during the pilot, without guarantees of uptime. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales, or disputes between brands and customers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store, process and display it to run your store. You can delete it any time; see the data deletion section of our Privacy policy.
